I keep getting an Error message asking me to shut down other LibreOffice program(s) and quick start, but everything is closed and I’m not on a network. The installer just shuts down and says to try again later, but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried rebooting and completely shutting down, but no luck.
Try deactivating first in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Memory - Load LibreOffice during system star.
Reboot and try to install again.
