Can't find insert cells in the menu

I can’t find the insert cells command in my menu. The insert cell button doesn’t appear neither.
Anybody got any idea why.

the “Insert Cells…” command is supposed to be in the menu “Sheet”, ( "Sheet : Insert Cells..." )

The default shortcut key for this command is CTRL +

Also a handy toolbar button with 6 options for inserting cells, could be added to your Toolbar using the menu " Tools : Customize..." ( Tab “Toolbars”, click “Add Command”, Category=“Insert”, Command=“Insert Cells” ).
