Ever since I upgraded Windows 11 to 22H2, I’ve come had some trouble with opening my documents. With LO (Libre Office) v.7.4.2, I was able to fix that problem. Now that I’ve upgraded to v.7.4.3, I now cannot open any of my documents. I double-click an icon, I get a confirmation to allow LO to make changes, the cursor then becomes a circular icon, and then nothing else happens.
What should I do next?

The LO 7.4.3 is the latest Fresh version. It for the early adopters, testers. (Not, it is not a Beta version.)
For the daily works it is better to use the latest Still version.
The antivirus software of the Windows often causes some similar issues. Try to set it, or switch OFF it temporarly.
I went to settings, apps and located Libre Office. I clicked the 3 dots and selected modify, then repair. Upon restart of Win11, I can now use LO.
