Using Windows 10 on my PC, I open a LibreOffice file with no problem. When I want to open another files, nothing happens. I restart my PC and can open one file again but not a second. My LibreOffice version is 25.2.4.3
Did you try to open via >File>Open or via doubleclik in the file manager of Win - or in a different way?
Was LinreOffice already running when you opened the first file?

Looks like it’s working again. I used “repair” in settings and restarted. So far I’ve opened three files.
