I created and registered a database. I set up a label format, and asked for a full page of labels. I created a document, and selected Print, got the question about Mail Merge and clicked Yes. The document that comes up has ONE label on it rather than a full sheet (which is defined as 3 columns and 10 rows. How do I get more than one label?
Did you click the Synchronise Labels button after laying out the label design?
Maybe you need a Next record field
The Writer Guide has a chapter on Mail Merge, download from English documentation | LibreOffice Documentation - LibreOffice User Guides

Apparently, you want to print an entire page of the same identical label containing just one record from the database.
- Create a new label for this purpose. The settings should still be the same as those for your first label, Entire page, Synchronise contents should be ticked.
- Click View > Field names. Delete the last field
TypeNextrecord:xxxxxx
- Click the button Synchronise Labels
- Click File > Print and YES the dialogue asking if you want to print a form letter
- Select your record and OK. Print
OK taking out the NextRecord field (that I didn’t know was there automatically) worked to get it to print all the labels. Thank you for that!
