Can't remove popup help tips.

LibreOffice version 6.4.7.2 (x64)

This earlier solution doesn’t work:
Tools- Options-LibreOffice-Advanced Open Expert Configuration
org.openoffice.Office.Common → Help → Tip Boolean false

The help tips are annoying and block what is being typed.

Try the Safe Mode. If the problem does not occur anymore, you should reset your user profile (factory settings).

Uncheck Tools|AutoInput.
