Cells from one sheet have overwritten data on all sheets [multiple sheets selected]

I have a set of cells that were on sheet 8 that have somehow copied back over all of the previous sheets in the same cell locations and overwritten the data of those sheets. Unfortunately, the autosave/back up option was not turned on and I have no way to go back and enter the data as it was collected on a daily basis.

Any options?

If you haven’t closed the document you may be able to use Undo to recover.

Seems like this.

Well that explains how it happened. I selected all of the sheets and did a “Find” inquiry. But the sheets remained selected and for 5 days I had been inputting information on the 8th sheet, which was apparently overwriting the other sheets.

@robleyd Unfortunately, I did not discover this issue until the system did an update and restart overnight. When I cam back to the computer the next afternoon, I had to recover the document, but there was no ability to undo.

Have you enabled?
Menu/Tools/Options/Save & load/General – Always create a backup copy

The backup would have been overwritten by now.
