I used to create a new template and made it my default template.
Is this an initial template which comes along with Calc as default ?
I am not sure what is the question. If you created a template and made it the default, but you no longer want it as default, you can revert to the original style.
In Calc, just click File > Templates > Manage, in the dialogue that opens look for the template with a green tick next to it, right-click it and click Reset Default
