Change footnote mark lanuage

when i click on: inset - footnote: it adds the footnote mark with western language (English) while the paragraph is in complex (arabic)
why is this happening? and how to change it?

information:
Version: 24.2.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

Add to your question OS name, LO version and save format.

When you add a footnote, note text is internally not connected to your present discourse. The note begins an independent flow. Consequently it does not inherit an formatting from your main text. The properties come from built-in paragraph style Footnote.

If your user profile (which retains your custom configuration between sessions) is not correctly configured, you get the factory settings (= default template) which is English (USA).

This can be fixed easily provided you accept to learn how to work with styles and drop direct formatting routine. Start by reading the Writer Guide for an introduction to styles.

i have added the information.
from: tools - options - language and local - general - local settings:
i have changed the language from there and now the footnote mark language has been changed.
and from styles: i changed: “footnot anchor” it was in character style and not in paragraph style. that’s why i did not find it before.

thank you
