Change Inteface Language in LO 7.1.1

I’m running LO on a PC that’s set up to be 100% German.
I recently installed LO 7.1.1 using the PPA.
Unfortunately, the interface language is now English (US or UK).
Using the Tools → Options → Language Settings → Languages window does not bring me further.
The only options are US/UK.

How do I solve this? Is there another setting somewhere that enables other languages?

Hello,

install package libreoffice-l10n-de using command:

sudo apt install libreoffice-l10n-de

and you should be able to change the UI language using Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages -> Option: User interface to German (Germany)
