i have installed Java8 on my system after i had already installed libreoffice with java7, i now need to set the java version to 8 so i can use an extension. I need to do that on the command line for all users. But i cant find a way to set the new java version for libreoffice from command line. is where a way to do that?
I don’t think you can do this from the command line with LO.
The command line parameters are specified here.
I don’t see anything that can help you.
However (unless I have misunderstood) if your users are all using LO on your single system (or networked from a server) you only need to reset the installed Java on that system since that is where it will be executing for all your users.
