Change length of 12-point star "legs"

How can I change the length of the “legs” (or “arms” if you will) of a 12-point star shape?

1. Click the Points tool in Drawing toolbar (can be done after but lets see immediately the impact)
2. Right click the star then Convert To Curve. You can modify:
