Suddenly, after I make edits cells/rows stared getting notes of changes that appear in pop up after I hover over those cells/rows. Like data, time, and what editing was done. How do I turn this off?

Edit -> Track Changes -> [ ] Record–or– -
CTRL+SHIFT+C(which you probably typed enabling the mode)
