Change Print Area

I want to select my print area and then have it fill the landscape printout as much as it can. But it formats oddly. I have gone to Format/Print Ranges and tried to select an area. But this is the formatting I get in Portrait:

And this is what I get in Landscape:

How can I get Landscape to print it in such a way as to fill out the page to the best of it’s ability?

I think you have set the entire print range to fit on one page. Click Format > Page Style, in the dialogue that opens select the tab labelled Sheet. At the bottom, Scaling Mode, look at the options, maybe 3 or 4 pages will suit you? Or change the drop-down to Reduce/Enlarge printout and set a scaling factor, you can fine-tune it in Print preview.
