Build ID: 1:6.0.3-0ubuntu1Selection colour is retrieved from the OS. Use the configuration utility that comes with your desktop manager (Unity in Ubuntu case, GNOME, MATE, KDE Plasma, …).
Change the colour in the OS. Relaunch LO. Your selection colour has now changed.

Selection color for search results is the same color for normal selection. I can’t find a way to change it in LibreOffice, neither in the Application Colors, nor in the registry.
Thanks to @ajlittoz answer, I could try the change in Windows, but it affect all selections color (buttons, menu, options, etc.) and can result very displeasing.
