Change the way multiple pages display on screen

My screen display has changed. When looking at a multiple page document, page 1 displays on the right side, and page 2 and 3 display side by side. (Similar to looking at
a open book. Prior displays have page 1 then scroll to page two etc. Need info on how to switch back to prior displays…

Change the selection of the View Layout icons in your status bar.
