Change update settings without opening the program

I want to install the program with update check disabled. I cannot locate a registry entry or stored file.

Windows 10/11
Libre Office 6.2.4.1. ← Need to keep version for process.

I have added the OS and Version

Of course: LibreOffice doesn’t write these. It only tries to read, if the user set that.

So, how does it know on next launch that the need to check updates is turned off?
