Clipart library

We would like to add a broad range of clipart to our existing LibreOffice 3.6.4 rollout, most computers are running Windows 7 or 2003. Are there some guidelines to do this?

-The LibreOffice extensions offer a couple that are too small. The following link sends me to a folder but I’m not really sure if what we need is in there, http://openclipart.org/faq#How_do_I_download_the_clipart.3F points to the download folder: ftp://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/openclipart/downloads/

Otherwise we can pay for something, either we buy a commercial clipart offering or we could even put a bounty on it to have it tidied up for others?
