In-built Clipboard. in Libre Office and much much needed in Writer.

What do you mean? You didn’t mention OS name nor LO version.
A clipboard is an OS utility. Perhaps you have installed some fancy clipboard which is not compatible with LO. What are your problems? Please reword your question (reopen it by clicking on … below it, then on the “pencil” icon) so that we can understand what happens.
