Collapse bullets and numbering lists

Hey,

I was wondering if it would be possible to have a feature for collapsible bullet and numbering lists within created documents. The feature would be similar to that of WorkFlowy which is highly functional when taking notes and would really bring applicability to using the Writer program to note taking and lecture recording.

The described feature is called code / text folding. The related enhancement request is fdo#47746.
