Conditional Formatting & Formulae failing to respond in Calc document

I made the attached document to experiment with logging time, however two issues have cropped up that I can’t work out how to solve:

1. The Conditional Formatting to make today’s date “highlighted in pink” has stopped responding, and I can’t work out why- I haven’t touched it since it was working.

2. The formulae to convert and display the digits in the red/orange/yellow “H/M/S” columns (for example in columns E and F) has stopped responding, again I have not touched it since it was working so I am unsure why this is happening also.

You have disabled automatic calculation in your spreadsheet: Data->Calculate->AutoCalculate.
