Conditional Formatting Manager gets cluttered when adding new rows

I have 5 conditions set up and they’re nice and neat like this:

But when I add a new row or column within those ranges, everything goes crazy and the conditions are split into multiple conditions and it makes it impossible to mass edit a single condition. I just want it to look like the first image but for the row numbers to update. So in the last condition of the top image, instead of L1:L81 it would change to L1:L82. But now what it’s doing is changing to: L79 / L80:L82,L1:L78
