Can you print from any other application?

Yes I can. I left my question as a draft for a while and then wasn’t able to edit or finish it. Thank you for responding.

I am able to print test pages, from GIMP and by saving doc as PDF. I turned everything off and on, and uninstalled the Windows updates.

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

I have run into many road blocks trying to open in safe mode using chrome and microsoft. They just dont want to make that possible. Is there a way to do it in the command line?

Call LibreOffice with the argument –safe-mode

Starting LibreOffice Software With Parameters

BTW In LibreOffice Help > Restart in safe mode > Continue in safe mode just restarts LibreOffice with a temporary factory fresh user profile. All other programs are unaffected.
