As you can see, after some discussions it turned out that it’s a problem(not sure if a problem) from LibbreOffice part.
So, can someone tell me if it’s possible to make LibbreOffice not use the CONCUR_UPDATABLE when connection to a Google Sql Cloud MySql db ?

Looks like nobody has been able to tell you if it’s possible to configure LO in a particular fashion (prevent use of CONCUR_UPDATABLE, etc…). I think your best bet is to file an enhancement bug and ask for a configuration option to disable this particular feature.
