Console command to break links to external files

I am using Writer 25.8.2.2 on Windows 10. I want to break a document’s links to external files and embed the files into the document. To do this, I can open the document and select Edit → External Links… → Break Link.

I don’t want to do this manually though. Instead, I want to do it entirely from the Command Prompt or PowerShell.

Is this possible?

I don’t think you will find a command-line option for this, but I was reminded recently of the possibility to run a macro via command-line:
