Converting pdf to word or exel. My only choice in save as is odf drawing
Yes, because this is what a pdf or Postscript file actually contains: A bunch of little graphic objects and instructions where to place them on a page. It may even be only one “photo” of a page, if the pdf was created by a scan-software.

So from a general view this is no “simple conversion” like .docx to .odt (even this is not simple), but a task for OCR-software. Some pdf-editors will offer this too.

Depending on your actual pages expect problems with tables and fancy layouts.
