Copy/paste "formatting"/line thickness (writer)

Hi, I would like to change line thickness in various places throughout the following document:

C:\fakepath\Student Practice Log (filled in by hand).odt

Throughout the table I want the horizontal lines starting from the “MATERIAL” column and running through the “QUESTIONS” “COMMENTS” and “TIME (minutes)” columns to be 0.50pt thick.
I would also like the horizontal lines starting from the “DATE (dd/mm/yy)” column and running through all the other columns to be 1.00pt thick.

Is there any way I can do this without having to manually change each line throughout the document? Perhaps by somehow copy/pasting the line thicknesses from the first few rows into the others?

Cheers.

Obviously the complexity of melted/splitted table cells is too high for LibreOffice. Therefore a selection is not possible. You could solve your problem by inserting paragraphs (or extra tables) instead of some splitted/merged cells, using paragraph borders instead of cell borders (Questions; Comments). Instead of fixed row heights you can use fixed paragraph heights and so on.
