Copy / Paste from gDocs looses the style formatting

Hi,

recently I discovered, while copying from Google Docs document into LibreOffice Writer,
the text formatting is lost.
Which is something I have been using for years, and it used to work flawlessly.

Copying formatted text from gMail though works as it is supposed to.

I am using:

Version: 7.6.3.1 (X86_64)
Build ID: 60(Build:1)
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.6; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

on Fedora Linux 39

Yes, I just checked - indeed, transferring via the clipboard leaves only the content and some, few formatting elements. Until the source of the error is found (perhaps the culprit is not Writer, but gDoс?), use a workaround - export the document to the desired format using the built-in tools of Google Docs:

The download into a local file would work, yet it’s very consuming on the other hand.

I am updating with some further inputs, namely:
I installed the O20.Word and did the same experiment: copying formatted text from gDocs into the Word-editor (into an .odt file). It works. Which points out to a problem originating from LibreOffice.

You can report it on Bugzilla.

Thanks!
