Is there a way to copy a spreadsheet into a new spread sheet to preserve the same row heights and column widths? I tried Paste Special and clicking the All button but the formats for row height and column widths are the defaults on the new page.
That works. Thanks.

If an answer is a solution to your question please mark it as such by clicking the three-dots menu on it and then Solution (which I now did for you).
- If you want to do that for a sheet already having content:
- Go to the “template” sheet.
- Select all (Ctrl+A)
- Go to the target sheet, cell A1
- Paste Special… (Shift+Ctrl+V); select at least Formats; OK
- If you want to create the new sheet based on the sheet seen as template:
- Click the Tab of the template sheet
- Ctrl+Click+KeepKeysAndMBpressed on the same sheet
- “Drag” the tab to the position where you want the new sheet to appear
- Release Mousbutton (and then keys): “Drop”
- Remove unwanted content from the new sheet.
- Name the new sheet as wanted.
