Correct typographic quotes for different countries?

Is there a way in LO to DIRECTLY (or another EASY way to) use/type typographic quotes and easily change the style, depending on the country to aim?

At least the three types 1. Germany/ Austria , 2. English, 3. Swiss/ French would be nice to have.
