Hi, help please. Why does the count function see a formula in a cell and count it

Hi,
COUNT function counts Numbers in a range (or ranges), based on the Value stored in each Cell of the range(s).
This Value can be the Number result of a formula or a true typed-in Number.
So if one of the cells you apply COUNT on contains a formula returning a number, it is counted.
