Create a table with mixed columns

I am interested in creating a table to collect information such as follows but would like to be able to add a misc row on the fly when needed. Note misc row below “Cindy is the wife…”. So basically rows 1 and 2 have four columns (name, address, DOB, Occupation). Row 3 has two columns where the first column is just being used as a spacer or an indent the second column is a block that could be multiple lines to gather misc data on a person. Some people may have a bunch of data others no data. Then go back to the previous patern of 4 columns. Is there a way I could create such a format as described below.

name address DOB Occupation
John Smith 12 main st 1/1/1966 Electrician
Cindy Olson 22 Oak St 2/1/1970 Teacher
Cindy is the wife of Judge Richard Olson
           Graduated from Harvard
Rob Nelson 33 Elm St 3/3/1952 Retired Navy

Hello and Welcome!
Yes, you can create such a table. And yes, all the necessary information will be there. And yes, this can be done using LibreOffice. But no - for this you need not Calc, but another office component - Base.
Just start creating a new database, check the box “Create tables using Table Wizard”
You will probably be surprised, but everything you need has already been thought up and placed in the program

It’s not difficult to learn different tricks for working with Base - there is a lot of documentation with illustrations and popular articles. But if you like watching and listening more than reading, then it seems to me that, for example, this course on YouTube will quickly bring you up to date.

But you will be in trouble if you try to sort the rows.

As an alternative, you can add comments.
