Create templates from a calc to a writer

Hello there!

I am looking forward to create a calc file, with lots of information, and then, by pressing giving an order, all these data will appear in a template of a writer.

In other words,I want to have two templates: calc and write. I write on the calc and then, with one order, I dump this data in the writer template.
This would save me tones of work.

But I can’t find a proper tutorial, nor find the exact question on internet. If you know where it is explained, that would be very helpful for me.

-1- Why templates? It rather seems you need ordinary documents.
-2- You surely know that a text document (‘Writer’) cannot represent exactly the contents of a spreadsheet document (‘Calc’). Please be more precise. You will need to explain what you eventually want to achieve.
