Creating Borders

I’m trying to create a border around text. When I go to Format ->Paragraph-> there is no “Borders.” Please help!

Unless you have a very old version, the option is there.

It seems that the question is about the Draw module.
In this case the border is applied to the area and not to the paragraph. You must select the area and the border can be applied via Line (context menu) or the toolbar as shown in the screenshot.
