cut/insert rows/columns in fewer steps

I’m trying to find the easiest way to move rows or columns.

In excel, I use 2 steps
select and cut row/column
insert row/column

In Calc, the only way I can figure out how is using 3 steps
select and cut row/column
edit/paste special row/colum into new place
delete old empty row/colum

Is there a way to avoid the last step?
