Dark and white themes not working properly

is the latest 6.4.2.2 (today march 27 update)
crashed on install, broken dependencies.

i made it work, then i installed GTK dependencies of libreoffice with synaptics.

Dark theme is back but not working properly, shows color issues in background and affecting all.
how to fix it?
