Data organization guide, where?

Where can I find a guide, discussion, SOP, overview, or etc… regarding data organization that covers second-tier choices (note 1), such as:

  • all-in-one data sheet, analyses placed in additional sheets
  • all-in-one data sheet, analyses placed in additional ods(s)
  • multi-sheet data within one ods
  • multi-sheet data with an all-in-one concatenation sheet using a join function (note 2)
  • multi-sheet data with an all-in-one concatenation sheet using cell-level links
  • multi-ods data files (note 3)
  • other

Note 1: as opposed to database vs spreadsheet (for which there are many)
Note 2: I’m not sure if a join / concatenate feature exists in Calc
Note 3: by design or by circumstance (spouses manage their own financial data)

I looked for a guide discussing this tier of data organization, but didn’t come up with any.

For example this LO page from 2025 (French) looked promising but didn’t deliver in itself, nor in Related articles

In a broader search didn’t locate anything either

For example this Microsoft page regarding Excel 2024 looked promising as well

“Tables” in Excel are “Database Ranges” in Calc.
One row of column labels followed by consistent rows of numbers, strings, dates and times.
That’s it.
No, there are no joins in spreadsheets, only lookups with a special “mode zero” (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP but not(!) LOOKUP).

Beyond defined “special ranges” (rectangles of cells), there are no tables, nor fields nor records in a spreadsheet.

Do you know where I can find a guide, discussion, SOP, overview, or etc… regarding data organization that covers second-tier choices noted above?
