LO writer adds automatically the date in comments. How could I remove the date please?

Didn’t want to start a new thread, maybe we can get answers here. Is it really true that it is impossible to remove/disable the comment date stamp?
The removal of metadata is important not only to lawyers, but also to writers/editors. I frequently get documents from clients for editing, which means Record Changes must be on. However, with the automatic addition of the date-time stamp to comments, the recipient of the edited file can track my work patterns and time usage. This is unacceptable.
