Days between and charge rate calc

Have a spreadsheet setup to record the days between charge of a watch (or anything), and the charge rate, when charging.

  • In the sample, hours column is [this day - previous day]*24 + [this time - last time] (sort of)
  • AND Rate is [FullCharge% - LastCharge%]/[FullHours - EmptyHours]

Should be a fairly simple thing? Just not for me…

Rechargeable lithium cells don’t have a linear relationship between charging time and charged capacity so I wouldn’t calculate Rate per hr simply. The charged capacity curve might be reasonably straight till around 80% then capacity slows right down. On the plus side, it charges quite quickly to 80%
