Default.ott not found

Fedora 41
libreoffice25.2-en-US-25.2.3.2-2.x86_64

When I create a new Writer document, I get a warning:
/home/todd/DocumentsTemplates/Default.ott does not exist.

In Writer, Tools, Options, Paths, Templates, this was an optional path (although it did not exist). I removed it and remembered to press OK. Exiting LO and restarting it verified it was removed.

Now my Template path is just: /home/todd/.config/libreoffice/4/user/Template/

And guess who exists:
$ ls -al /home/todd/.config/libreoffice/4/user/Template/Default.ott
-rw-r–r–. 1 todd users 8381 Nov 5 2021 /home/todd/.config/libreoffice/4/user/Template/Default.ott

And I still get the original error pop up.

What am doing wrong?
-T

Presumably, /home/todd/DocumentsTemplates/Default.ott was set as the default template and is no longer found in the template path(s).

  1. Click File > Templates > Manage templates
  2. Filter to Text Documents or All Applications
  3. Right click on Default and select Set as Default

Fixed it! Thank you!
