I have deleted some LibreOffice writer files but they are still showing in the LO lists, if I double click to open this deleted file a window opens saying name.odt does not exist but I can still see it clearly, how can I recover this file or permanently delete these please?

delete it from the recent documents list as well by clicking the X (hoover your mouse over the icon and click where the red arrow points to)
