I am new in Libre Office and use it just to convert my Pages files to word
Now I did that, copied my text in and saved it. But now i see the same file is saved a FEW times under the same name (after editing) - my question:
how can I IN THE STARTCENTER delete the double files? Is there a possibility?

I am not certain what you mean when you say you convert your Pages file to word. What format and file type are the Pages and what format and file type are word? do you mean .doc or .docx for example.
Having said that, the StartCenter shows the file name directly and not the file type. So if you have both a .odt and .doc versions of the same file, they will look the same. However, when you move the mouse over the icon it will show you the full name of the file. Also when you have two copies of the same file saved in different folders they will also look the same. So, although it appears that the same file is showing up several times, they are actually different. Hope this helps a bit…Peter
