How do i get my desktop back
Desktop was still a thing in StarOffice 5.2 in 2000:
However, it was discontinued, and StarOffice 7 already lacked it in 2003:
I suppose that you can’t get your desktop back using LibreOffice.

Has your question anything to do with database frontend (because you tagged base?
Anyway, to get meaningful answer or help, you’d better edit your question to better explain the context and what you expect. At least, tell us your OS name and present LO version.
Or what you mean is the LibO Center? … (The libreoffice main window)
