Disappearing scrollbar arrows

LibreOfiice 7.1.2.2
Windows 11 Home 21H2
Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5

In LibreOffice my scrollbar arrows disappear until I hover over the place where they are, then they appear. I’d like them visible all the time, currently I have to wander around until I’m over them and then they appear.

That will not happen.
It’s always been like that, even with OpenOffice.

I disagree. I used to see them. At some point they disappeared.

A Windows 10/11 feature?

Or a corrupted user profile.

I changed this to On long ago. Windows Updates are notorious for over-riding your preferences with their wacky ideas.
Start menu > Settings > Accessibility > Visual Effects

[EDIT]

More likely, it is Windows 11 effect. Even 6.2.8.2 on Windows 11 does not show the arrows until hovered over. I would prefer that LibreOffice would over-ride Windows default and show the arrows as there is no benefit in hiding them.

Thanks. I would suspect Windows 11, not only because of when it started happening, but also through further reading.
