Read these guidelines and ask a good question. Your posting does not contain any clue to the problem that you are facing, if any (I am fine with LibreOffice under KDE).
… and also lacks any information necessary to provide the steps to fix that possible problem (it will depend at least on OS, and also on LO version and install method).
Sorry, I wrote this out of emotion 
I decided to download the package from your site, and manually install it. All ok now. I do not recommend installing libreoffice from the KDE Neon repositories, the themes are displayed crookedly.
