Do I need multiple user profiles when multiple unoserver are running in listner mode

I wanted to convert multiple office files simultaenously.

1. Can a single unoserver convert multiple office files simultaneously ?
2. If answer is No for the question 1, Do I need to run multiple unoservers?
3. Do I need to maintain seperate user profiles if I want to run the multiple unoservers ?
