Is it possible to allow each app (mainly Writer and Calc in my case) to remember the sidebar open/closed setting separately?
What I’m finding annoying is that LO seems to remember the open/closed setting of the last used app. So, if I close Writer with the sidebar showing (which is how I prefer it) then, at some point later on, if I open Calc, the sidebar will be showing. However, I prefer never to have the sidebar open in Calc so I shut it. Then, after closing Calc with the sidebar closed, the next time I open Writer the sidebar is closed.
Are there ways to keep my preferred sidebar open/closed setting per app instead of it apparently using some sort of global last-used setting?
