I created a file on Libre Calc and sent it to a colleague for assessment(who uses excel), and it is being shown as read-only, while I want them to be able to both read and write. How do I fix it?
What is the format of the Calc file you sent to your colleague (.ods, xls, xlsx …)? And how does your colleague open the file? (If he just double clicks the file from within his email application it may be that the file is stored in some temporay folder with insufficient permissions to edit - please advice to store to a personal directory before opening).
