It seems to be a regression in 7.3 version. If I can reproduce it on linux, then I will try to “bibisect” it and send your document to the developer whose commit has caused the regression. I will file a bug report then, but I will not attach your file to bugzilla.
However maybe I can not reproduce it on linux, in such case it may be a Windows-only issuse.
