I am faculty looking for an MS Access alternative since most of my students BYOD and some have Macs and some have Chromebooks. I am looking for a database learning environment that they can all use. IS the LibreOffice version for Chrome OS and for Mac OS include Base?
macOS version includes Base (JDK required on macOS). Can’t comment on Chrome OS.

Although I don’t have Chromebook or know anyone with one at this time, it appears Base is installed there. See → Top 20 Linux Apps to Install on Chromebook. Item #1 shows the Base image supposedly installed. Do not recall questions here about Base in Chromebook but if you enter Chromebook in the site search bar you will get a number of hits.
